5. If our team makes any correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make such correction, etc., we will notify the User of such decision without delay.

6. If our team receives a request from the User to stop using or delete (hereafter "stop using, etc.") his/her personal information on the grounds that it has been used for purposes other than those stated or that it has been obtained through wrongful means, our team will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. 

7. If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, it is determined that it is necessary to comply with the request, the use of the relevant personal information will be discontinued without delay.

8. in the event that the Team suspends the use of personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph, or decides not to suspend the use of personal information, the Team will notify the User of this decision without delay.

9. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where suspension of use involves a large amount of expense or it is otherwise difficult to suspend use, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the User, this alternative measure will be taken.
